Carlos has extensive experience with various accounting functions, including managing AP, closing accounting books and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He began his career in corporate bankruptcy, assisting clients with the financial aspects of the Chapter 11 process. His industry experience covers a wide range of sectors, including import/export, fashion, media production and distribution. Carlos earned his Bachelor’s from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
