BOOKS & TAX
We provide outsourced accounting, CFO and tax support to start-ups, other smaller and midsize businesses. Our services include full access to NetSuite, Bill.com, Rippling or other platforms, depending on your accounting, financial reporting and compliance needs.
More specifically, our services include the following:
Books
- Maintaining your accounting books, including revenue, expenses, payroll, AR/AP, etc.
- Maintaining company’s payroll system;
- Performing monthly close;
- Keeping accounting documentation in a well-organized fashion;
Fractional CFO/Controller
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, if required;
- Drafting investor decks, Board reports;
- Performing contract, invoice review;
- Performing financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budget, forecast prep;
- Preparing account reconciliations;
- Initial accounting clean-up, if required;
Tax
- Preparation of tax returns for a partnership, corporation or individual entrepreneur
(Schedule C);
Note that you may be required to engage a tax professional outside of FinAcco to advise on more complex federal and state income tax and other tax related matters.
